This is the first picture in your how to enter a fish instruction. After logging into the eTournament Fishing app this is the welcome screen where you choose your role. To submit a fish you must choose Angler
OFF LINE FISH SUBMISSION
In this first slide showing you offline submissions you will see this message displayed If you are in an area of the lake where you have bad cellular service. The eTournament Fishing app will automatically detect if you are in a bad service area and put your app in offline mode
