$4.99 back for every paid registered team at your first 2027 event, up to $500. Then every 10th event earns $100 or $200.

FIRST EVENT
$4.99 per paid registered team (up to $500, paid by check)
• For organizations new to eTournament Fishing, whether you're coming from another app, paper tickets or a scale.
• Your first event on eTournament Fishing, any time in the 2027 season. No sign-up deadline. Circuits and single events get the same rate.
• We count paid registered teams (or anglers, at single-angler events) from the app's registered list when registration closes.
• The event runs fully in the app on CPRV™ (Catch-Photo-Release-Video).
• One per organization. Paid by check in US dollars.

EVERY 10TH EVENT
$100 or $200 (every 10th event, paid by check)
• $100 when your 10th event has 10–39 paid registered teams or anglers. $200 when it has 40 or more.
• It repeats at your 20th, 30th event and so on.
• Every event counts: circuit stops, championships, leagues and side events.
• Counting starts with 2027 events, for current clients and new ones alike, and your count carries over from year to year. It never resets.
• Switching from another tournament app? Show us proof, like a link to or screenshot of a past event on that app, and you start with 2 events already counted, so your switch event counts as event #3. Coming from paper or a scale? You start at event #1.
• Run the same event every year? Over every three consecutive years with us, an average of 65+ paid registered teams or anglers earns $200, and an average of 20–64 earns $100.
Loyalty Rebates need 10 or more paid registered teams or anglers. Smaller events still count toward your total.

60 × $4.99 = $299.40 back
101 × $4.99 = $503.99, capped. You get $500 back. The $500 Switch Rebate cap kicks in at 101 paid registered teams.
40+ teams: $200 back
10–39 teams: $100 back
2-event head start: your switch event counts as event #3, so your 8th event earns your first Loyalty Rebate.
58, 66 and 74 teams in 2027, 2028 and 2029 averages 66 teams (65+): $200 after year three. 30, 36 and 42 teams averages 36 teams (20–64): $100 after year three.
Run it fully on CPRV™ in the eTournament Fishing app. Your count is the paid registered teams on the app's registered list when registration closes.

Yes. The Switch Rebate is for any organization that's new to eTournament Fishing. It doesn't matter if you're coming from another app, paper tickets or a scale. The one difference: clubs that prove they switched from another tournament app get a 2-event head start toward the Loyalty Rebate, while clubs coming from paper or a scale start at event #1.
The Loyalty Rebate. Counting starts with your 2027 events: every 10th event you host with us from January 1, 2027 on earns a rebate. The Switch Rebate is only for organizations new to eTournament Fishing.
A team that registered and paid its app fee, and is on your event's registered list in the app when registration closes. Teams that paid but didn't show up still count. Refunded teams and test entries don't. At single-angler events, each paid registered angler counts as a team.
All of them, as long as they run fully in the app on CPRV™: circuit stops, championships, leagues and side events. Your 10th, 20th, 30th event and so on each earn a rebate if they have 10 or more paid registered teams or anglers. Counting starts with 2027 events, and a multi-day event counts as one event.
That's why we have the annual bonus. If the same yearly event averages 65 or more paid registered teams or anglers over three consecutive years on eTournament Fishing, you earn $200 at the end of each three-year period. An average of 20–64 earns $100. Counting starts with your 2027 event.
The check is made out to your organization, not to an individual. We'll need your organization's W-9, then the check is mailed to the address on your claim within 60 days after we verify it.
Whatever your event needs. It's support from eTournament Fishing to your organization, and you can use it however you like, including boosting your payout, giving to your cause or covering event costs.
Just ask us. Send a note through our contact page and we'll confirm your count from the app's records. On the claim form, you can leave the event number blank and we'll look it up.
Yes. We mail checks to organizations in the United States and Canada. The W-9 is for US organizations only, so a Canadian organization may need to send a W-8BEN-E instead. Checks are paid in US dollars.
Yes, through your parent club. A club without its own tax ID is treated as part of its parent club for the rebates: your events count toward the parent club's total, and the check goes to the parent club.
If you reschedule, the rescheduled event counts, and your 90-day claim clock starts on the rescheduled event date. An event that's canceled and not rescheduled doesn't earn a rebate. If your first event was set for 2027 and weather or ice pushes it into 2028, it still qualifies for the Switch Rebate.
No. Each event earns at most one rebate. If an event qualifies for more than one, it gets the larger one.

Program changes. eTournament Fishing may change, pause or end the Organizer Rewards program at any time, with or without notice. If we end the program, any rebate already earned for an event held before the end date will still be paid, as long as it's claimed within 90 days of that event and meets the program terms. See the full Rewards Terms for details.
