These terms cover the 2027 Switch Rebate and the Loyalty Rebate (including the annual single-event bonus) from eTournament Fishing.
Summary
Switch Rebate: $4.99 per paid registered team at an organization's first eTournament Fishing event in 2027, up to $500 (101+ teams = $500). One per organization.
Loyalty Rebate: every 10th event earns $100 (10–39 paid registered teams or anglers) or $200 (40+), and it repeats. Counting starts with 2027 events and never resets.
Annual single-event bonus: the same annual event over three consecutive years earns $200 (65+ average) or $100 (20–64 average) at the end of each three-year period.
One rebate per event (the larger one if it qualifies for more than one). Claim within 90 days at etournamentfishing.com/rewards. Paid by check in US dollars to organizations in the US and Canada, within 60 days after the claim is verified.
Definitions
Organization: one organization per tax ID. Affiliated chapters, circuits and events under the same organization count as one organization. A club without its own tax ID is treated as part of its parent club for the rebates: its events count toward the parent club's total, and rebates are paid to the parent club.
New to eTournament Fishing: the organization has never hosted an event in the eTournament Fishing app.
Event: a single tournament, derby, contest, league night or side event set up with its own registration in the eTournament Fishing app and run fully in the app on CPRV™ (Catch-Photo-Release-Video). A multi-day event counts as one event.
Paid registered teams: the teams that registered and paid their app fee and are on the event's registered list in the app when registration closes. Paid teams that don't show up still count. Refunded teams and test entries don't count. At single-angler events, each paid registered angler counts as a team, for both the Switch Rebate and the Loyalty Rebate tiers.
Switch Rebate
Who qualifies: any organization new to eTournament Fishing, including organizations switching from another tournament app, paper tickets or a weigh-in scale.
Qualifying event: the organization's first event on eTournament Fishing, held during the 2027 season (January 1 to December 31, 2027). There is no sign-up deadline within the 2027 season.
Amount: $4.99 per paid registered team (or angler, at single-angler events), up to a maximum of $500 (the cap is reached at 101 paid registered teams). Circuits and single events get the same rate.
One Switch Rebate per organization.
Loyalty Rebate
Every 10th event an organization hosts on eTournament Fishing earns a rebate: $100 for 10–39 paid registered teams or anglers, or $200 for 40 or more. It repeats at the 20th, 30th event and so on.
Every event type counts toward the total: circuit stops, championships, leagues and side events.
All event counting starts with events held on or after January 1, 2027. Events before 2027 don't count toward the total.
Head start: an organization that joins through the Switch Rebate and provides proof that it switched from another tournament app (for example, a link to or screenshot of a past event it ran on that app) starts with 2 events already counted, so the switch event counts as event #3 and the 8th event on eTournament Fishing earns the first Loyalty Rebate. Organizations coming from paper tickets, a scale or no previous system start at event #1. eTournament Fishing decides whether the proof is sufficient.
Events with fewer than 10 paid registered teams or anglers count toward the total but don't earn a cash rebate.
Annual single-event bonus: when an organization runs the same annual event on eTournament Fishing in three consecutive years, it earns, at the end of each three-year period, $200 if that event averages 65 or more paid registered teams or anglers over those three years, or $100 if it averages 20–64 teams. Years count starting with the 2027 event.
One rebate per event: each event earns at most one rebate (Switch Rebate, Loyalty Rebate or annual single-event bonus). If an event qualifies for more than one, it gets the larger one.
How to claim
To receive any rebate, the organization must submit the claim form at etournamentfishing.com/rewards within 90 days after the qualifying event, even if that runs into the next calendar year. For the annual single-event bonus, the claim is due within 90 days after the third year's event.
eTournament Fishing sends reminder emails when an organization nears or reaches a milestone and during the 90-day claim window. Reminders are a courtesy: claims are the organization's responsibility, and a missed or undelivered reminder does not extend the window. Claims received after the 90-day window are not paid.
Weather or ice: if an event is canceled for weather or ice and rescheduled, the rescheduled event counts, and the 90-day claim window runs from the rescheduled event date. A first event scheduled in 2027 that weather or ice pushes into 2028 still qualifies for the Switch Rebate.
Privacy: We use the information on this form only to verify and pay your claim and to send you rebate reminders.
eTournament Fishing checks each claim against the event's registration list in the app before mailing a check.
How rebates are paid
All rebates are paid in cash by check, payable to the organization (not an individual), and mailed to the address on the claim.
A completed W-9 from the organization is required before payment. Canadian or other non-US organizations may need a W-8BEN-E instead.
Eligible countries and currency: checks are mailed to organizations in the United States and Canada and are paid in US dollars.
Checks are mailed within 60 days after the claim is verified.
The organization is responsible for its own taxes on any rebate it receives.
Use of funds
Each rebate is organizer support (a sponsorship contribution) from eTournament Fishing to the organization. It is not a prize, eTournament Fishing is not adding to any event's prize pool, and the rebate is not tied to any angler's results. The organization may use the money however it likes, including boosting its payout.
The organization is responsible for following its state or provincial fishing contest rules, permits, and its own prize and payout rules.
Audits and abuse
eTournament Fishing may audit any claim and may deny a claim, or recover a rebate already paid, for padded registrations, duplicate claims, or events split across affiliated organizations to earn extra rebates. eTournament Fishing's decision on any claim is final.
If an event is canceled (and not rescheduled), isn't run fully in the app, or doesn't meet these terms, no rebate is paid.
Disputes: if you disagree with a decision on a claim, contact us through etournamentfishing.com/contact-us.
Changes
eTournament Fishing may change or end this program with notice. Rebates already earned are still paid, and events already registered on eTournament Fishing before a change keep the terms in place when they were registered.
Program length: the Loyalty Rebate and the annual single-event bonus continue after the 2027 season, subject to the change terms above. Event counts carry over from year to year and never reset.
Void where prohibited.

Program changes. eTournament Fishing may change, pause or end the Organizer Rewards program at any time, with or without notice. If we end the program, any rebate already earned for an event held before the end date will still be paid, as long as it's claimed within 90 days of that event and meets the program terms.
